Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor surveillance systems across high-tech campuses
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations with professionalism
- Access control management and visitor verification protocols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners
- Provide exceptional customer service during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and BSIS certification
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Proficient with surveillance systems and access control software
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
