Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond swiftly to incidents and escalate concerns to management
- Verify credentials and manage access control points
- Document incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in fast-paced environments
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional demeanor and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- Reliable transportation to downtown Las Vegas locations
