Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and foot patrols to prevent theft and unauthorized access
- Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, and medical emergencies with professionalism
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures during peak weekend hours
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed activity logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- No felony convictions; background check required
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred (training available)
