Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and access points using surveillance systems
- Enforce venue policies and crowd control measures
- Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services
- Prepare detailed incident reports and activity logs
- Conduct regular perimeter checks and security patrols
- Assist with emergency evacuation procedures when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday nights)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in security, hospitality, or event management
- Must pass background check and drug screening
