Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, hygiene, and medication administration
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support during nighttime hours
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient care environments
- Collaborate with night nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Prepare and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in patient care or healthcare setting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
