Responsibilities
- Administer injections, medications, and treatments under physician supervision
- Perform vital signs checks and EKG procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Assist with patient documentation in EMR systems
- Coordinate with nursing staff for seamless patient transitions
- Manage inventory of medical supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic/NextGen a plus)
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Reliable transportation for night hours
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends
