Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures during overnight shifts
- Perform vital sign monitoring and EKGs for emergency patients
- Manage patient documentation in Epic EMR system with 100% accuracy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Coordinate patient admissions and transfers during overnight hours
- Maintain sterile exam environments and medical supply inventory
- Respond to emergency codes with rapid intervention protocols
Qualifications
- Active MA or CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environments
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
