Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Shift Reporting: Complete end-of-shift logs, sales reports, and operational summaries.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with day shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Student Friendly: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
