- Accurately input and update data into CRM and ERP systems with zero-error tolerance
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Validate data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial and operational data
- Collaborate with offshore teams during peak processing windows
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry software
- Proven night shift availability with reliable transportation
