Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into proprietary systems with zero-tolerance for errors
- Process high-volume transactions and maintain digital records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform regular data audits and reconcile discrepancies using established validation methods
- Generate daily productivity reports and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity and system troubleshooting

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or administrative role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent focus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for data reconciliation
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
