Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary databases with 99.9% precision
- Validate information against source documents and resolve discrepancies
- Perform daily backups and maintain secure digital records per HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data reconciliation
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior data entry experience or equivalent certification
- Typing speed of 55+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
