Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of data into our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Review existing records to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive customer and company information.
- Organize digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Communicate daily progress and data discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor.
- Perform routine backups and system checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be available to work 2nd shift or night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
