- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy before submission
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate daily and weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with day-team staff to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Utilize specialized software for document scanning and digitization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
- Reliable transportation to Austin office for bi-weekly in-person meetings
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management a plus
