- Perform daily quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in records
- Process high-volume transactional documents with precision and efficiency
- Generate weekly performance reports for departmental review
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for all client information
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow processes
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of prior data entry experience required
- Proficiency in 10-key typing with 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and data validation rules
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error rate below 0.5%
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
