Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to ensure high accuracy rates.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in daily reports and transaction logs.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents according to established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to hand over critical data updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all entered data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
