- Accurately input and update customer information into our secure database systems.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Perform routine data verification and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
