Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls from customers in New York and across the US during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
- Enter accurate customer data and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support teams when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
