- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in a college program is a plus.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote work options.
