Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in the internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
