Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing questions.
- Work rotating evening and weekend shifts to support our 24/7 service operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure high-quality service standards are met during peak hours.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends on a regular basis.
