Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and assist in developing night-shift specific operational procedures.
Qualifications

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
