Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and ensure accurate data entry into the management system.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and team members with inquiries regarding orders, shipping status, and product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to meet daily delivery targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere strictly to the assigned evening or weekend schedule to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately with a focus on quality and safety.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
