Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via surveillance systems and patrols to detect security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Document daily activities, incidents, and property inspections in detailed reports
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials for authorized personnel
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Maintain communication with central dispatch and security team members
- Safeguard company assets, confidential information, and personnel safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
