Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Oversee night staff operations and maintain security protocols
- Generate daily financial reports and prepare for next-day operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/Micros) efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Micros, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
