- Provide directional assistance and venue information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with emergency protocols as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Support setup/breakdown activities including equipment handling
- Document incident reports and attendee feedback for post-event reviews
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID for venue access
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville event locations
