Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at entry points, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Set up, manage, and break down event infrastructure including stages, seating, and signage
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management for event supplies
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Support promotional activities including sampling demonstrations and product launches
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines flawlessly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation to event venues
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive communication skills
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
