Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in, registration, and directional assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and supply inventory during events
- Execute venue setup and breakdown according to event blueprints
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation
- Represent client brand through polished professional appearance

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid government-issued ID
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
