Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at corporate events, festivals, and private parties with a smile.
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and tear-down.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while directing attendees to various areas.
- Handle ticketing, crowd control, and answer general inquiries.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment for all attendees.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to event locations in Omaha, NE.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
