Responsibilities
- Event Set-up & Breakdown: Assist with venue preparation, including table arrangements, banner hanging, and equipment setup prior to the event start.
- Guest Services: Greet attendees warmly, answer questions, and provide directions to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Flow Control: Monitor crowd density and manage entry/exit points to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Brand Representation: Wear provided branded uniforms and act as a professional representative for our clients.
- Information Desk: Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to interested participants.
- General Assistance: Support the event coordinator with various tasks as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude over prior experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliability: You must be punctual and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift light objects (up to 25 lbs), and walk long distances.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and occasional weekdays.
