Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, managing check-in lines, and answering venue inquiries with a smile.
- Event Operations: Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of event spaces, including signage, furniture arrangement, and audio-visual equipment support.
- Flow Management: Monitor crowd control, direct foot traffic, and ensure a safe and organized environment for all attendees.
- Brand Representation: Represent our clients' brands professionally, distributing promotional materials and engaging with the audience.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with venue staff and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
