Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event registration/check-in stations
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and venue navigation support
- Distribute promotional materials and manage event swag inventory
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless event execution
- Ensure venue safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assist with vendor coordination and crowd management as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening/weekend shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Reliable transportation to Portland event venues
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- Must pass basic background check
