Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, VIP areas, and information booths
- Manage attendee registration, credential verification, and access control systems
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and equipment handling
- Distribute promotional materials, event programs, and branded merchandise
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols per event guidelines
- Collaborate with security, vendors, and event coordinators to resolve issues
- Conduct post-event surveys and maintain detailed activity reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Basic tech proficiency for registration systems and mobile apps
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass mandatory background screening
- Valid driver's license preferred for venue shuttles
- Positive attitude under pressure and teamwork-oriented
