Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and crowd management
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm hospitality and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Manage inventory and equipment for diverse event setups (corporate conferences, festivals, weddings)
- Support post-event breakdown and venue restoration processes
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation to event locations
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
