Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening hours
- Prepare and serve beverages, appetizers, and entrees
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be available 3-5 evenings per week (4pm-11pm)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card (training provided)
