Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Deliver orders to tables with speed and attention to detail
- Process payments efficiently and maintain cash handling accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover between guests
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends included
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
