Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, guests, and event organizers
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification processes
- Assist with venue setup, decoration, and post-event breakdown
- Monitor crowd flow, enforce safety protocols, and address attendee inquiries
- Collaborate with vendors, security teams, and event coordinators
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions when required
- Document event activities and submit detailed incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass mandatory background check
