Responsibilities
- Greet and direct attendees with professional hospitality at event entrances and key stations
- Manage registration/check-in processes efficiently using digital and manual systems
- Set up and break down event spaces including seating, signage, and promotional materials
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout venues
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support during live events
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries with product/event knowledge
- Maintain clean, organized spaces and report maintenance issues immediately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event staffing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4-6 hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills with polished public demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of event logistics or crowd management
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City venues
- Positive attitude under pressure with problem-solving aptitude
- Must pass basic background check and venue-specific training
