Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in, registration, and attendee management protocols
- Manage event flow, crowd control, and venue logistics during live events
- Provide exceptional customer service and real-time issue resolution for attendees
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue staff for operational efficiency
- Set up and break down event spaces, equipment, and decor to brand specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during all event phases
- Document event activities and submit detailed post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures

- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in various weather conditions
