Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with efficiency
- Direct attendees to venues, seating areas, and amenities
- Operate event-specific equipment (AV, lighting, ticket scanners)
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Collaborate with vendors and team members for seamless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout event duration
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license for equipment transport (if applicable)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
