Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for 3-5 events weekly including vendor scheduling and timeline management
- On-site event execution including setup oversight, guest coordination, and troubleshooting
- Manage digital communication with clients and stakeholders via CRM platform
- Collaborate with local artists and vendors to curate authentic New Orleans experiences
- Post-event reporting including budget reconciliation and attendee feedback analysis
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and coordinate equipment rentals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to adapt quickly during live events
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for site visits
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (avg. 3-4 days/week)
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans venues and local service providers
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written/verbal communication
