Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for 3-5 events weekly including vendor management and timeline creation
- Manage client communications and ensure seamless event execution
- Collaborate with venue partners and local vendors for authentic New Orleans experiences
- Conduct site visits and maintain detailed event documentation
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
- Represent the brand professionally at all client interactions
- Implement post-event feedback collection and reporting
Qualifications
- 1+ years event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for venue visits
- Knowledge of New Orleans event venues and vendors
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
