Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor relationships and timeline execution for 3-5 simultaneous events
- Manage client communications and on-site troubleshooting during high-pressure scenarios
- Oversee setup/teardown crews and inventory management for event equipment
- Collaborate with marketing team to create immersive themed experiences
- Maintain digital event portfolios and post-event analytics reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with venue safety protocols and city permits
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination experience in New Orleans market
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Social Tables)
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional crisis management and multitasking abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale event execution
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (avg. 25 hrs/week)
