- Develop client proposals and maintain event budgets
- Lead on-site teams during event execution
- Utilize event management software (Cvent/Eventbrite)
- Conduct post-event analysis and client satisfaction follow-ups
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination experience in Nashville market
- Proficiency in venue sourcing and vendor management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
