Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to casino guests across all gaming and entertainment areas
- Monitor and maintain gaming equipment during assigned shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend tournaments and promotions
- Uphold strict safety and compliance standards for all gaming operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age (gaming license requirement)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (5 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
