Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
