Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide top-tier support to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth business operations.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Shift Management: Adhere strictly to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, with reliable punctuality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing speed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
