Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure a clean, organized store appearance.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
