Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with inquiries and orders during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Shift Operations: Manage inventory, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations and workflow continuity.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Complete required logs, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
