Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake and registration processes with accuracy and efficiency during evening and weekend hours.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic health record system.
- Maintain and update confidential patient records and medical documentation.
- Provide exceptional front-desk customer service to patients and visitors.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phones.
- Collaborate with the nursing and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
