Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting our Raleigh facility.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the evening and weekend team to meet daily operational goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, NC location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
